Where this service may be suitable
We can assess hard surfaces such as suitable concrete, paving and selected industrial floors. Tell us whether the problem is greasy residue, tracked-in dirt, general grime or another type of build-up.
Hot water is one option within the cleaning plan. The right combination of temperature, pressure and cleaning product depends on the surface and the job. We confirm the proposed method rather than using the same setting across every area.
Assess the surface before choosing the method
Existing coatings, worn joints, damaged surfaces and nearby equipment can affect what is suitable. Send photographs showing the condition and tell us about any recent sealing, painting or repairs.
Where needed, we discuss a test area before proceeding. Cleaning may improve appearance, but absorbed staining, deterioration or surface damage can remain after the dirt has been removed.
Water, drainage and site access
Before booking, we clarify water and power requirements, equipment access, the location of drainage points and how the work area will be managed. Tell us about nearby stock, electrical equipment, public walkways and sensitive production areas.
Run-off arrangements form part of the site plan. Any containment or recovery requirement must be assessed and included in the quotation before work begins.
For operational premises, we agree which areas need to be isolated and when they can return to use.
A BCPC pressure-cleaning example
This portfolio example shows BCPC pressure-cleaning work. We assess whether hot water or another method is appropriate for your surface.
What affects the quotation?
Pricing depends on area, material, type of build-up, equipment access, water supply, drainage arrangements and required service timing. A heavily soiled loading area and lightly marked paving need different scopes.
Service reports are provided when quoted or requested. Tell us if photographs or site records need to be included.
Pressure-cleaning questions
Is hot water suitable for every surface?
No. We assess heat sensitivity, pressure tolerance, coatings and condition before selecting the method.
Can you remove all oil stains?
Complete removal cannot be guaranteed. The outcome depends on the material, age of the stain and how deeply it has penetrated.
Can the work take place while we operate?
We discuss the site layout and timing. Some work needs an isolated area or planned downtime.
Tell us what needs cleaning
Send your suburb, approximate square metres, surface photos, type of build-up and access or drainage restrictions.
