Can all stains and odours be removed?
No. Results depend on the fibre, stain, age, previous treatment and condition. Complete removal of stains, odours or discolouration cannot be guaranteed.
How long do carpets and couches take to dry?
Drying varies with fabric, method, ventilation and weather. Ask about the expected drying window for your items and follow aftercare instructions before using them.
Do you collect loose rugs?
Collection and off-site cleaning are available for suitable loose rugs. They are generally returned in approximately two weeks, with timing affected by treatment and drying requirements. Confirm the arrangement when booking.
Can you clean office carpets and chairs?
Yes. BCPC cleans office carpets and upholstered seating. Send measurements, chair counts and access times so we can discuss a suitable scope.
